SUMMARY

We are actively seeking an Account Executive to conduct shared-screen demonstrations of our game-changing home improvement sales software platform. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining a fast-paced culture and growth within an organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This is a sales role responsible for demonstrating Leap software to prospective customers
  • Serve as the expert in matching prospective customer challenges and pain points to solutions
  • Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of prospects & opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure accuracy of CRM data

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of pipeline management & selling experience
  • Successfully meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets selling into an assigned territory
  • Drive and execute the sales cycle from lead to closed deal
  • Polished communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value - confident, articulate, and concise
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to use a consultative selling approach

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL PREFERENCES

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • SaaS sales experience is a plus
  • Home Improvement sales experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus
