As an Account Executive, you will be part of the Inside Sales Team and will be responsible for the full sales cycle - prospecting, developing relationships, conducting online demonstrations of our platform for small practices across the country, and closing down contracts. Customers will be excited by the product you show them, and they will embrace you and thank you for changing their lives the next time you see them. What you will do:
Own, manage, and drive the full sales process from prospecting through the close.
Make 40+ calls per day schedule meetings and ensure accounts continue to move successfully through the sales cycle
Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers
Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the Medely Product, the healthcare staffing industry, learn the competitive landscape, and specialize in specific healthcare verticals as well as market happenings and trends.
Help potential customers discover unmet needs and walk them through how we can deliver
Build a strong, vertical-focused sales pipeline with or without inbound leads
Suggest and/or create sales materials that will help close business
Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and activity log
This position requires 25% travel, both local and overnight, to meet with clients and with members of the medical community, to establish relationships with clients, and to promote Medely Inc. This may require providing proof of immunizations and/or the use of safety equipment to remain in compliance with healthcare facilities and customer requirements.
What we are seeking:
Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
Experience: 2-4+ years of direct sales experience in an Account Executive or equivalent quota-carrying role selling software/technology
Experience managing and closing sales-cycles
Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com and Google Suite Tools
Experienced customer advocate and brand ambassador
The expected base compensation for this role is $68,400 - $83,600. The compensation package will also include commission on top of the base salary.
