What you'll be doing:

Working with our implementation and technology partners, the account management team provides a central resource to support the executive teams, global client leaders, agencies, country leaders and clients participating in the Vantage program. The Vantage Account Executive will support the Vantage team by providing frontline support to all end-users of Vantage platforms and providing administrative and operational support to the Account Management Team.

Primary role: Support the Account Management Team to help implement successful client satisfaction programs

  • Assisting with the creation of onboarding/client materials
  • Reviewing/updating user lists
  • Providing general progress reports/updates
  • Data and results analysis
  • UAT testing for systems updates
  • Support on special projects
  • Contribute to team discussion and strategic advances of the program
  • Training and demo support

Secondary role: support for end-user queries in the Vantage help desk:

  • Answering general systems questions
  • Providing user access
  • Assisting with account requests
  • Trafficking incoming e-mails to appropriate members of the team where escalation is required
  • Troubleshooting access/platform issues

What you'll need:

Key Skills and Mind-Set:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills- able to work with data in different formats
  • Proficient in power point and excel and comfortable with databases and dashboards
  • Good understanding of agenciesβ€”and how they are structured and work
  • Previous work experience in communications, market research or other professional service firm a plus

In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $40,000 to $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
