As as Account Executive at COMPLY, you will play a crucial role and act as a trusted resource in helping registered investment adviser (RIA), hedge funds, private equity, and other financial firms solve their regulatory compliance, operations and technology challenges.


In your regional territory, you will lead the sales efforts for our industry leading portfolio of products and will be key to driving revenue opportunities for the business. This is the perfect position for a motivated sales professional with a strong desire to win by selling market-leading software solutions to new and prospective clients. 


The right candidate is a technically savvy problem-solver who can close deals while also building strong relationships within our client base. Success will require a strong knowledge of COMPLY's product portfolio, our existing clients, and the ability to connect our solutions to problems buyers are trying to solve. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting within your assigned territory in order to build pipeline and achieve sales goals
  • Managing a sales cycle from beginning to end
  • Leading demos showcasing COMPLY's online compliance software applications and other products and services to prospective clients
  • Accurately maintaining your pipeline and providing reliable forecasts
  • Utilizing your creativity and drive to build relationships and close business
  • Attending various sales events including meetings, seminars, and training
  • Tracking and forecasting all activities via Outreach and Salesforce CRM

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in financial services, SaaS or FinTech
  • Ability to quickly understand our solutions in order to sell effectively
  • Proven track record of closing new business over a sustained period and exceeding sales targets
  • Enthusiasm for helping our clients inprove their business
  • High level of self-motivation and organization with strong attention to detail
  • Attention to detail, great communciation skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships both internally and externally
  • Proficient with a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.). 
  • Bachlor's degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $65,000-$75,000 plus commissions earned based on the sales incentive structure and additional benefits similar to those who are similarly situated within the Company.
