We are looking for an Account Executive who’s ready to impact the legal space and drive growth.  You will work closely with our marketing and sales development teams to identify new opportunities and ensure you have everything necessary to educate our prospects and get deals over the line. You are a closer, achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Sound like a fit for you?

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work closely with our marketing and sales development teams to identify new opportunities and ensure the pipeline is sufficient to overachieve on quota
  • Build strong relationships resulting in growth opportunities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders in target accounts via phone, email and in-person at each point of the sales cycle to ensure deals are brought to completion
  • Engaging with targeted enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and position Brightflag’s unique ability to solve the problem
  • Building and defending Brightflag’s business value throughout the selling engagement. Navigating complex prospect environments to align the prospect around the Brightflag solution

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role:

  • You are confident exceeding sales quota targets by selling six-figure B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deals with sales cycles of six months or more 
  • You have proven experience attaining seven-figure quotas
  • Experience selling to Finance, Legal and Procurement a plus 
  • Cross-collaboration is your middle name! You have experience working alongside a Sales Engineer 
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn Brightflag solution quickly
  • Ability to understand, navigate and build relationships through complex enterprise environments; we sell to a single department, but that department is frequently distributed across multiple geographies and sub-functions
  • Passionate - you are excited about technology, software, and how it helps businesses succeed.
  • Creative – As an early-stage company there is a roll-your-own element to the work
  • Competitive - you want to win and nothing can stop you.
  • Closer - you know how to seal the deal and get people over the finish line 
  • Willing to travel as necessary (if it is safe to)

Location & Eligibility

The candidate for the role is expected to be in the office in New York City 3 days per week.
