About the Team and Role:
At Quora our Enterprise Partnerships team isn't just about driving revenue—we're about building lasting relationships with a specific focus on Enterprise clients. We're a global team of ambitious entrepreneurial spirits who thrive on collaboration both with our clients and each other. As a key member of our growing small but mighty European Enterprise Partnerships team you'll play a pivotal and highly impactful role in establishing Quora as a product specifically Quora ads and it's presence in this exciting market . As the sole representative for the entire region you'll have the unique opportunity t o shape our strategy and execution driving new approaches projects and ideas with a high degree of autonomy. You'll be responsible for exceeding revenue goals cultivating deep relationships with strategic Enterprise & Agency partners and educating businesses on the power of Quora's ads platform. This is a unique opportunity to build a team and leave your mark on a rapidly expanding market.
Responsibilities:

Become a trusted advisor: Manage and grow relationships with existing advertising partners with a strong focus on Enterprise clients including agencies and direct clients.

Unlock new opportunities: Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business identifying and engaging with high-value Enterprise clients and agencies across Europe.

Drive revenue growth: Acquire new Enterprise advertisers through strategic outbound efforts consultative selling and expert relationship management.

Empower your clients: Onboard and train new clients helping them maximize the potential of Quora's platform through comprehensive training sessions and ongoing support.

Be a product expert: Become a Quora Ads platform expert providing strategic guidance on campaign setup optimization and scaling initiatives to drive client success.

Shape the future of Quora: Be the voice of the European market identifying key trends and opportunities to inform product development and drive impactful initiatives.

Collaborate for success: Partner closely with the business marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and create compelling sales presentations.
Minimum Requirements:
-
BA or BS Degree
-
4+ years of proven success in a digital advertising sales role with a demonstrable focus on Enterprise clients and digital media sales
-
A track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships
-
Experience navigating complex sales cycles including collaborating with legal engineering and other internal teams
-
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
-
A self-starter mentality with the ability to autonomously thrive in a fast-paced unstructured environment
-
A strong understanding of the European market and its unique advertising landscape
Preferred Requirements:
-
Experience working with both Enterprise clients and agencies within the digital advertising industry
-
Experience working in the UKI market
-
Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms auction-based advertising and biddable media buying
-
Prior experience working remotely in a similar organization
-
Expertise in optimizing campaigns across multiple ad platforms

Fluency in English and at least one of the following: German French or Spanish
