Account Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to expand our team with a focus on meetings and digital account management. This is a role in a dynamic team split between East Coast US and the UK. Some flexibility in working hours to accommodate time-zones will be required. There will be opportunity for on-site experience, growth and progression. 

Here's what you'll be doing:

·       build and maintain excellent relations with clients to ensure a high-quality service

·       work closely with Directors and liaise with key decisions makers to support the execution and delivery of projects.

·       organize and participate in meetings with clients and internal teams.

·       reference a variety of sources to provide research support to the team as needed.

·       produce regular status updates for clients on current projects.

·       assist in the financial management of assigned projects.

To succeed, you must have a BSc in life sciences and previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment. You should have good financial understanding, strong project management skills and be able to work well within a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
