Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic Account Executives to join our team and help us expand our clientele. This role involves executing sales campaigns, creating new opportunities, managing complex negotiations, and establishing long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
The successful candidates will execute on sales campaigns to create new opportunities. He/she will work with prospects through their discovery journey. He/she will use a consultative selling approach to bring opportunities to a timely closure. The responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through networking and cold calling
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Demonstrate a technical product to prospective customers that are both technical and non-technical
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or related markets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization technologies, and enterprise IT environments.
- CRM Proficiency: At least 2 years of experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience of over-achieving quota consistently.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the enterprise IT landscape, including knowledge of current trends, challenges, and competitors in the cloud computing and remote work solutions market.
- Active Rolodex in Higher Education
- Consultative Selling: Proficiency in using a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Technical Demonstration: Experience in demonstrating technical and cloud-based products to non-technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
