Let's talk about the team:

An Account Executive is responsible for driving MatrixCare solutions to a defined set of named accounts throughout the United States. Ideally, we are looking to hire polished, articulate, and excellent collaborators. If you enjoy proactively managing client satisfaction and have healthcare industry experience, this may be a great opportunity for you.

Let's talk about the role:

  • Manage Sales life cycle within your defined account base
  • Initiate and build strong relationships within the account base
  • Develop, implement and drive sales strategy across a defined set of accounts
  • Possess strong sales discipline; build and manage accounts; plans; qualification of opportunities; accurate management of CRM system; Pipe-line management and forecast accuracy
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
  • Achieve aggressive revenue and growth goals
  • Effectively leverage internal and external resources


Skills and Experience needed for this position:

  • 5-7+ years enterprise sales experience, software/solution background is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of an extended team
  • Skilled in thinking strategically and tactically
  • Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience and inter-personal/presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of consultative sales that gets results
  • Proven experience in building both short and long term pipeline while still managing and meeting quarterly revenue targets.
