Job Description
We’re looking for a driven early salesperson to build partnerships across the talent tech space
What does this role look like?
- Will partner with the CEO to forge partnerships with talent applications and workforce organizations
- Will lead rapid, sustainable growth of the “top line” of the company
- Represent the company to the broader Talent / Future of Work community
- Serve as a senior point of contact for large (>$100k ACV) enterprise relationships
What do we want to know about YOU?
- You wake up in the morning excited to find and build partnerships
- You have incredibly strong empathy for buyers, users, and teammates
- You have a track record of hitting targets and managing to outcomes
- You have experience selling in early markets and are willing to experiment new GTM motions for new technologies
- You have great instincts for:
- Qualifying whether an opportunity is real
- Navigating partner organizations and their procurement processes
- Determining budget
- Figuring out how to match our offering to their use case
- Your background should demonstrate an interest in the topics of economic inclusion, talent/HR, Future of Work
- You do not need to be fluent in data science or machine learning, but you need to find it interesting (and be willing to learn) - we will teach you; it will be fun!
