Job Description
We’re RPA: an independent advertising agency that puts People First. It’s a unique philosophy for a different kind of agency: where we aspire to create work that truly matters to people, for brands that respect and value people, with a team we empower and treat like people. And we do it all in the heart of sunny Santa Monica, California. Â
Why You’ll Never Want to LeaveÂ
Our People First philosophy means creating a culture where people like you can thrive, do meaningful work, and — we hope — stick around for a while. In an industry known for high turnover, people at RPA seem to recognize the value of an environment that truly wants to support our Associates’ lives and career growth.Â
Who You’ll Be Collaborating WithÂ
Every day, you’ll be teaming up with a diverse, enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of professionals with a smart sense of humor and a strong desire to grow and develop.Â
Job Summary
In this role, you’ll be part of an integrated team, overseeing the production of television, digital, and radio campaigns on behalf of one of RPA’s marquee clients, Farmers Insurance. You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships on large-scale campaigns and must work well with various partner agencies and vendors, as well as different agency departments, to motivate and provide guidance to the creatives, production and project management teams.
What You’ll Be Working OnÂ
- Strong/robust production experience required as this role will manage both broadcast and digital/social productions (budgeting, timing, logistics, client management)
- Understanding client's strategic needs and business objectives
- Working with a larger team to develop tactical recommendations
- Writing creative briefs
- Facilitating internal and client creative reviews/approvals
How You’ll Excel In Your RoleÂ
- Experience working on an integrated team with television and digital production necessary.
- Proficient skill in Micorsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint necessary.
- Knowledge of media/traffic process preferred.
- Must have a positive, proactive attitude
- Solid communication skills (writing, presenting).
This is an exempt position and is not eligible for overtime compensation.Â
The semi-monthly salary range for this position is $2,708.33 - $2,916.66, with an annualized equivalent of $65,000 - $70,000.
As an Equal Opportunity Employer, at RPA we hire without consideration to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law.
