The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales of financial products like foreign exchange, commodities, and interest rates to downstream banks. We are looking for someone currently in commercial lending or capital markets business who is ready to step into a Fintech environment. This roles requires conversing with banks about FX, commodities, and more beyond just back-to-back deals. Candidates should have existing relationships with bankers and be able to discuss a range of cross-disciplinary assets comfortably.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role to financial institutions consistently exceeding quota
- Strong rolodex in regional and community bank industry calling on decision makers (CEO, CFO, Head of Treasury, Chief Lending Officer)
- Detailed understanding of Asset Liability Management (ALM) at community and regional banks
- Proven hunter with the ability to plan, execute, and maximize their territory
- Expert understanding of the sales process and knowing when to leverage others within the firm
- Strong team player and collaborator
- Derivatives knowledge is a major plus
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Preference for experience using the MEDICC sales methodology
- Strong Linked-In presence

- Bachelor’s degree required

Salary
The expected salary for this position ranges from $130,000 - $170,000 and commission eligible. When determining your pay, we will take into account your skills, experience, and location.
