Job Description

We are looking for an experienced remote Account Executive from the United States to join our sales team. You will help us grow by taking care of inbound leads, booking meetings with prospective clients, and other contact requests that come through marketing channels.

Even though this is a fully remote position, we're explicitly hiring from the US for this role. Therefore, we will only consider applicants from this region. We are giving preference for a professional located in one of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Washington, Oregon, New Mexico, Florida, Nevada, Arizona,Texas, Utah, Georgia, or Maryland.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle and manage all inbound leads coming in to the sales funnel in your timezone
  • Reach out to prospects via Aircall, email, InMail, or social to book meetings
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasts
  • Handle Enterprise level leads and drive them towards conversion to customers
  • Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management
  • Be tenacious. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set and targets are hit
  • Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
  • No cold calling. This is strictly an inbound role
  • Close as many deals as you possibly can and hit your monthly/quarterly quota

Requirements

What You Should Have:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience selling B2B SaaS software to Mid-market and Enterprise customers (required)
  • High-level proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal (required).
  • We are scaling our sales team, so you'll be successful if you are able to onboard yourself quickly and have a go-getter, hands-on attitude
  • The drive and energy to manage a large pipeline
  • We're looking for an empathetic salesperson who is a good listener and can adapt well to change and has a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in using Linkedin, Hubspot, Aircall, Pandadocs
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements

  • This is an employment position and a non-exempt role. Annual Salary: USD $120,000 OTE (USD 40/Hour ($84,000 Base) + $36,000 Commissions) Commissions are uncapped, so you can earn well above the $120K mark. Our current average AE quota attainment year-over-year is 126%.
