WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a superstar Associate (Account Executive) to play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our account team. You will manage various projects from brief to execution for a financial services client and create experiences that connect with consumers and customers. The Associate should be highly organized, driven and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Love of the Arts, Theatre, Sports and Entertainment a definite plus.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Account Executive on the ticketing and servicing Entertainment Access team
- Assist with project management of ticketing and servicing for arts and theater, Music, Sports, Platinum, festivals and any non EOS client events
- Work with the entertainment team on tour ticketing including tracking of tour sales and reporting
- Set up of EOS, conduct quality assurance and track all offer information
- Assist with client concierge program, checking inventory and management of requests including tracking payments
- Assist with the weekly e-newsletter and ehub proofreading, and testing of links on a weekly basis
- Various digital ticketing platform event management as support to other internal teams as well as Momentum partners
- Support of day to day processes of the ticketing and servicing team with various internal and external partners
- Set up and manage ticketing calls and management of tour from start to finish
- Manage relationships between client and partner contacts
- Ability to track and manage several tours and shows at a given time
- Track and manage partner marketing
- Interest in working on various activations when the business ditates
- Work on a daily basis with analytics team
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of clients business and stay current with ticketing//entertainment industry trends
- Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams as well as agency’s offerings, mission and vision
- Utilizes agency resources appropriately and efficiently
- Willing to go “above and beyond” while understanding the time commitments associated with position

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Minimum of 2 years business experience
- Solid communication skills – written and verbal
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful
- Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
- Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
- Demonstrates understanding of branding and brand value
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Previous box office/ticketing experience preferred
- Marketing related internship preferred
- Previous agency experience preferred
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
