Job Description
- Communicate effectively with both engineering and InfoSec teams as well as executives.
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
- Develop plans with the marketing and channel team to drive revenue growth.
- Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Teleport solution within the marketplace.
- Identify champions at your key accounts and help them make the business case for our products to their executive sponsors.
- Mentor our Sales Development Reps and collaborate with them in order to break into your target accounts.
- Strong listening and storytelling skills.
- Provide structured customer feedback to our product and engineering teams so we can continue to elevate our offerings.
- 5+ years of quota attainment as an enterprise Account Executive in a startup or Cybersecurity Industry.
- Be familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process
- Humility, curiosity and resilience
- You're not afraid of prospecting.
- Fluent in French or German
