- Achieve sales goals by positioning Visual Lease as a leader in our industry, offering unique, value-added products and services.
- Identify prospects, build pipeline, and conduct effective, consultative and discovery meetings with prospects to assess needs and understand their process and existing systems
- Effectively utilize resources to reach and identify prospects for contact.
- Strategic, executive-level selling in a consultative manner.
- Sell to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts.
- Understanding the market and the challenges prospects face in each vertical, mapping accounts key decision makers, identifying their purchase obstacles and understanding how our solutions could help them
- Accurately and effectively communicate pipeline and anticipated close dates to senior leadership
- Work in close coordination with executive management and other internal teams
- Stay current on market and industry conditions, needs and competitor strategies, goals and approaches.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Visual Lease products and solutions
- Provide best-in-the-business levels of client satisfaction
- Deliver compelling demonstrations that display the product’s value proposition
- Providing feedback to ensure continuous strategy and process optimization
- 7 -10 years of experience in Enterprise Software sales required, within fintech and the Office of Finance required.Â
- Strong track record of exceeding quota with enterprise deals
- Strong C-level presenter with progressive, proven, successful sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to achieve sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.
- Robust listening skills; consultative approach to understanding client needs
- Strong analytical skills, including market strategy, customer requirements and success factors, and a value-based selling process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creation of convincing and strategic sales approach, proposal, documentation and presentation.
- Experience responding to RFI and RFPs and working with large companies to guide the RFP
- Ability to maintain consistently high levels of sales activity without management intervention; exceptional personal discipline
- Ability to publicly represent Visual Lease with internal and external customers, and at events and seminars.
- Experience selling to financial software to financial professionals, a plus
- Our headquarters are in Woodbridge, NJ, but we are happy to consider remote candidates in the following states:  AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, and WA.
- The pay range for this position is $110,000– $150,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided per the Pay Band Transparency Act.
