Job Description

Senior Director, Enterprise Sales

Tremor International is seeking a high performing Account Executive, Enterprise Sales to successfully build and grow a book of business and be the key point of contact between strategic customers, partners and various departments within Tremor International.  You will sell our true end-to-end technology solution to key stakeholders within Holding companies and brands. As part of the Enterprise Sales team you will be responsible for prospecting and driving business. You will be responsible and accountable for revenue achievement, building relationships, and with your account management team, build and implement strategic account plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and source new business opportunities and clients within a specified account list
  • Own senior level relationships across both Holding Companies and brands
  • Develop innovative concepts for new business presentations that maximize sales opportunities across all Tremor portfolio
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to develop and deliver innovative marketing solutions for our customers.
  • Be accountable for global account quota aligned with the growing existing book of business and track against quota by forecasting at regular cadence
  • Be the voice of the customer; articulating their needs in the right context internally and become a champion of understanding your customer's business needs and key initiatives
  • Expand the base of customers within your designated agencies by driving new brand adoption
  • Identify new digital trends and provide innovative solutions for Enterprise clients utilizing the Tremor End-to-End product stack.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5 + years of digital media sales experience
  • Proven track record partnering with Executive-level customers at the agency and client level
  • Existing knowledge of programmatic space, insights, data

Preferred Skills

Demonstrated ability to gain customer trust, retain, and grow customer investment

  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Strong expertise of digital media and managing large advertising budgets ($50M+)
  • Experience with account planning, forecasting, and prioritization
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and be comfortable with technical product offerings
  • Strong track record of revenue achievement

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Los Angeles is $85,000 - 100,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
