This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive, Financial Services in Ireland.

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth and strategic revenue within the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will manage complex sales cycles, engage executive stakeholders, and expand relationships across buy-side and sell-side institutions. You will work closely with a global sales team to execute targeted account strategies, delivering measurable impact on enterprise revenue and market expansion. The position offers a dynamic, performance-driven environment where your ability to close deals, influence decision-makers, and provide market insights will directly shape long-term growth. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally while owning your territory and contributing to high-value client outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Own full sales cycle responsibilities from prospecting through close, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct executive-level discovery and deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting to ensure deal progression.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including SDRs, Customer Success, Product, and leadership—to support onboarding and long-term account expansion.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform go-to-market strategy and enhance customer engagement.
  • Drive new logo acquisition while expanding revenue within high-value accounts in Financial Services.
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota overachievement.
    • Proven track record of acquiring net-new logos and driving revenue growth across UK, Ireland, or European markets.
    • Experience selling into Financial Services, preferably both buy-side and sell-side institutions.
    • Skilled in value-based selling, executive-level discovery, and delivering impactful product demonstrations.
    • Strong commercial acumen, with disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and experience handling six-figure to seven-figure revenue targets.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to engage stakeholders from analyst to C-suite.
    • Resilient, strategic, and motivated in performance-driven environments.
    • Ability to provide market insights and influence internal strategy and decision-making.
