Job Overview

We are looking for an inspiring candidate to join our Fusion Platform Sales Team. I have a position open for an Account Executive - Fusion 360, based out of our Denver, Colorado location.

You should be articulate and creative in bringing ideas forward that could help our teams strategic and tactical intents, and enthusiastic about taking on projects which add further value to our teams' mission.

The Fusion 360 Account Executive is responsible for sourcing, growing and managing their own pipeline of Fusion 360 Platform Opportunities - 'Fusion Extensions' and 'Persona Offering' opportunities in collaboration with a Territory based Fusion 360 Product Specialist, and our dedicated team of Fusion 360 Technical Sales specialists. In addition, a Fusion Account Exec is aligned with Territory TSRs, STSRs, Mid-Market TASEs, and Named Account Reps to drive Fusion Platform Deals of increasing size across both New logo and existing Autodesk Accounts. You will carry quarterly quota and be tasked with identifying, hunting, and driving sales cycles with high potential accounts within your territory. Our sales team is also tasked with the challenge of quickly ramping new businesses which are folding in as additions to the D&M Platform, such Autodesk's recent manufacturing acquisition 'Prodsmart'.

As the primary Account Executive in your territory, you will lead customers through their buying process, leveraging technical sales reps and tech marketing content to demonstrate how Fusion 360 Extensions and Prodsmart can address business challenges you have discovered in the customers' design, manufacturing, and production processes. The Fusion 360 Platform is a fast-growing business, and you will be on the tip of the spear as we become the #1 Design and Manufacturing solution in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the Fusion 360 Platform and Prodsmart Business in your territory by prospecting new and existing accounts and driving sales opportunities.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of Fusion Extensions and Prodsmart Opportunities in high potential accounts. Accountability of Pipeline Hygiene in our SFDC CRM tool
  • Collaborate with Autodesk WWS (World-Wide Sales) Sales and Technical Reps to create and drive Fusion Platform opportunities and grow ACV contribution in existing Autodesk Accounts
  • Engage in Business level discovery calls with owner and department heads to align business goals with the Fusion 360 Software platform and create long term relationships.
  • Tell the 'Digital Transformation Story' & present the vision of Autodesk's Design and Manufacturing Strategy, and the Fusion 360 Platform to customers to drive though leadership and business partnerships.
  • Utilize Autodesk's internal licensing and competitive data to segment and create key target account lists to prospect
  • Utilize tools at your disposal: SFDC, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Target Insights Dashboard, to create target account lists and guide prospecting new business in your territory.
  • Utilize SFDC, Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to optimize your customer engagement cycle and generate engagement.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas towards yearly goals to drive aggressive sales growth
  • Assist with key account renewals and seek opportunities for expansion


Minimum Qualifications
  • Self-starter, high energy, goal and results oriented,
  • Strong work ethic with proven history of high productivity is essential
  • 2+ Years of software sales experience
  • Strong desire to develop a career in SAAS tech sales
  • Strong Manufacturing Business Industry Knowledge - or a strong interest in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
  • Prior Sales experience working with Product Development and Manufacturing products is advantageous but not a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven Coachability: Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning and replicating best practice.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing to our team


Target Pay for this Position (Colorado): $125,000
