Job Description

As an Account Executive II at our company, you'll be the driving force behind achieving our sales and profitability objectives, mainly by acquiring new clients and accounts. You'll identify opportunities in the market, engage potential clients, craft compelling proposals, and oversee the contract process. Reporting to our Senior Manager, Territory, this role is all about making impactful connections and sealing the deal.

You can expect to:

  • Craft detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing the deal.
  • Tap into new sales prospects through effective networking and transform them into long-lasting partnerships.
  • Showcase our products to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster customer loyalty.
  • Stay in regular contact with clients to fully grasp and meet their needs.
  • Address concerns and resolve issues to maintain our company's sterling reputation.
  • Skillfully negotiate agreements and maintain meticulous sales records.
  • Travel around 50%ย as part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer use and multitasking
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take accountability as part of a team
  • Self-directing and adept at handling and prioritizing requests
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to cultivate, build, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and the ability to execute critical tasks
  • Proficiency in database management
  • A Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience
  • Two to four years of sales experience
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Experience with Solutions Selling
