Job Description

The Account Executive III, serves as client service lead for complex, multi-site clients including strategic planning responsibilities. This position is expected to consistently provide leadership, excellent customer service to ensure that client expectations and goals are consistently met. Promotes profitability of company through maintaining acceptable level of client retention and growth of existing business and procurement of new business. Must meet productivity standards, effectively manage time, and prioritize work effectively.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will work in close collaboration with Advisors, Analysts, and Clients on plan strategy, financial arrangements, plan benefit design, contributions, health & welfare mandates, predictive modeling, network disruption, benefit disruption, administrative impacts, pharmacy and/or service performance guarantees, and any customized contractual transitions as required.
• Manage marketing efforts during the renewal and new business process.
• You will serve as the client service lead for complex, multi-site clients and be responsible for their strategic planning.
• You will act as the primary contact between clients and insurance carriers, and apply knowledge of insurance policies and advice to all clients.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 6-8 years' experience in a lending, financial services environment or 12-15 years equivalent work experience.
