About The Job
The Account Executive is responsible for making sales of the organization’s products and services by obtaining orders and closing outside sales orders, sales quotes, sales agreements and contracts for service labor and/or products.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales initiatives with technical team members to properly scope new project and sales quotes.
- Independently build sales agreements and contracts for service labor and product sales.
- Independently identify and qualify new clients, generate sales proposals, close sales and properly hand-off closed projects and sales for deployment and implementation.
- Maintain a steady flow of profitable sales to new and existing clients.
- Attend networking events to establish business relationships and develop and close new client sales.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking to add new products and services.
- Ensure client satisfaction with organization-provided products, services and support.
- Schedule, coordinate and conduct regular client environment reviews to enable keeping clients' technology solutions current and consistent with industry standards and trends.
- Address client billing and invoicing questions.
- Properly and professionally enter sales activities and time-tracking and service information within the organization’s professional services automation platform.
- Comply with all organization business policies, workflow processes and documentation practices.
Education & Experience (Preferred)
- Advanced understanding of information systems industry concepts, products, services, operations and terminology
- Advanced understanding of technology security concepts, products, services, operations and terminology
- Familiarity and expertise with industry standard productivity suites, professional services automation platforms and CRM systems
- The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment on multiple simultaneous projects
- Ideal candidates will have all of the above and
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field is preferred
- Five years of experience in a similar technical sales role is preferred
