Job description

The Account Executive will play a key role in expanding and nurturing customer relationships, maximizing business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. This position involves building strong client connections, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced in logistics or sales.

Responsibilities:

Client relationship management : Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with assigned customers to understand their business needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Revenue growth : Identify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory or account portfolio, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, handling issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met.

Solution Development : Collaborate with internal teams, including pricing, operations, and customer service, to create and deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements.

Business Review : conduct regular business reviews with customer to encover new business opportunity, maintain service standard.

Administrations : maintain high level of accurate pipelines indicated on Atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED  

  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university  

  • Passion for sales and building customer relationships 

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills 

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to persuade, motivate and influence others  

  • Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures  

  • Driven, enthusiastic, persistent, confident, highly motivated and results focused
