Salary Range: 60,000 - 80,000 USD Annually
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

At ALM, we are a trusted partner and innovator for the legal industry, and we're looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our Mid-Market team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the adoption of our Law.com platform and a suite of innovative products, enabling law firms in the 20-100 attorney range to reach new heights in their strategic endeavors and business development.

What You'll Do:
- Drive new business by engaging with Mid-Market Law Firms, State Courts, and Law Schools
- Understand their unique needs, and position our solutions to unlock their potential
- Strive for excellence in achieving sales targets, with a focus on pipeline generation and new logo acquisition
- Apply your understanding of the legal space to create value propositions that resonate with our clients, creating opportunities to engage with Executives and Partners
- Be a self-starter, proactively sourcing new opportunities and thinking creatively to penetrate new markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client-specific challenges
Who You Are:
- You have a track record of success in sales, ideally within the legal sector, or experience in a business development role within a law firm
- Your approach to sales is consultative and client-focused, with a knack for building trust and long-term relationships
- High business acumen, curiosity, and a tech-forward mindset are part of your DNA
- You're known for being coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback, continuously refining your sales techniques and strategies
- Your communication skills are top-notch, making you a likable and engaging presence in any room
- Multithreading and empathetic listening are among your key strengths, allowing you to navigate complex sales environments effectively
