This position will be supporting our Personal Lines Team in Tracy, CA.

Job Summary:

Manages the overall efforts of an assigned account management team. Typically, expect significant professional experience in account management and/or sales. Typically, expect some experience contributing to team performance through formal or informal oversight. Demonstrates how a range of situations may be affected by the principles of insurance. Applies the principles of insurance to various situations. Fully competent in applying established standards and works with guidance or direct supervision by exception. Performs more complex responsibilities and are primary points of contact for the clients they oversee. Develops action plans to reach client goals and suggests potential upgrades to grow or diversify client portfolio, and works closely with the sales team to help acquire new clients. Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).

Requirement:

Must have a CA P&C License

Previous Supervisory Duties/Management experience is preferred.

Pay Details:

Annual Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
