We are currently searching for an Account Executive (AE) to join our Mid-Market team. Our Mid-Market segment experienced tremendous growth in 2022 – with every member of the team achieving quota and going to President’s Club!
This is a great time to join a winning team and help drive our continued growth. Expect a fast-paced sales environment where you’ll implement a consultative sales approach to selling into accounts up to 3,000 employees. A successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and highly collaborative with the team. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.
You'll be integral to Allego's success through executing on a “Go-To-Market” strategy:
- Be responsible to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Develop targeted account strategies
- Quarterback resources needed to win new business
- Accurately forecast your business
- Maintain Allego’s prospect system of record (saleforce.com) with contact, opportunity, and account information
- Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, warm calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, video, and utilizing online research and other available tools
- Articulate Allego’s value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest
- Become an expert in using Allego’s technology – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers
- Contribute to a winning team with a positive attitude and an abundance mentality
Requirements
- High ethical standards consistent with our values - hard work, integrity and teamwork
- Proven track record of selling success - consistent top performer exceeding quota
- Experience closing SaaS deals
- 2+ years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Proven ability to set and reach your goals
- Emotional intelligence and a natural curiosity to solve problems
- Self-motivated and driven, ambitious; ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment and yet collaborate strongly with colleagues
