Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy, order status, etc., and saves time for customer service agents, who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

What you'll do:
Manage a pipeline of opportunities and identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyersEducate prospects to help them learn how Zowie will enable help their business operate more efficiently and grow revenueConduct thorough discovery calls, presentations and product demonstrations with prospectsย Build pipeline through strategic outbound programsManage a territory of some of the top e-commerce brands in the marketBecome an expert on our products, customer experience and the AI landscapeUse your experience & knowledge to help the entire sales team thrive & developReporting to the Head of Sales (US Based)Ideally, you'll bring with you:
3+ years of closing sales experience in B2B SaaSFull cycle sales experience, with a track record of building and closing pipelineExceptional verbal and written communication skillsTrack record of meeting/exceeding quotasExceptional consultative selling skillsExcellent presentation skills, both in virtual and in-person settings It will be awesome if you have:
