Its SaaS platform serves brands and creators building online businesses powered by community–bringing their content, community, online courses, events, and memberships together in one place. 

Similar to a Shopify store, with a Mighty Network, a brand or creator has their own online destination with their choice of features and the ability to charge for digital subscriptions, online courses and products under their own brand and are instantly available on their own website and through native mobile apps.

Mighty Networks is a pioneering ‘unified member platform’ where hundreds of thousands of brands, entrepreneurs, and creators offer community, online courses, and paid memberships under their own brand.

Mighty Pro is Mighty’s highest level of service, strategy, software, and AI where a digital business can launch on their own mobile apps and website in just a few short weeks.

Our Mighty Pro Account Executives are responsible for meetings with brands, entrepreneurs, and successful creators to showcase the value of Mighty Pro and determine if they are a fit for our Mighty Pro offering.

With over 375+ of the most successful brands, entrepreneurs, and creators on Mighty Pro, this is a fascinating role where you’ll meet amazing people with interesting businesses in a high touch consultative sale. 

Responsibilities 

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Join a highly collaborative Mighty Pro sales team with shared revenue goals, targets, and generous compensation packages. 
  • Quickly immerse yourself in the power, flexibility, and wins of Mighty Pro—absorbing the examples of successful ‘Mighty Pro Hosts’ and building your own understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). 
  • Dive into Mighty’s proven framework for community building we call Community Design™ and learn how to leverage it to meet the needs of Mighty Pro prospects. 
  • Once comfortable with Mighty Pro’s ICP, benefits, and Community Design™, take prospects through our structured sales process from Intro Call to what we call the Results Meeting, where we personalize a strategy and clear vision for how they’ll win on Mighty Pro. 
  • Advocate for materials, processes, and playbooks to help prospects achieve their goals—whether they ultimately choose Mighty Pro or another plan. 
  • Identify opportunities in Mighty’s sales process to drive higher conversion and increased lead volume—growing Mighty Pro to a new level of scale.

Qualifications

You are coming to us with:

  • A proven track record in exceeding revenue goals across multiple sales organizations and environments. You’re someone who loves to win. 
  • Direct experience selling high ticket products and services with a consultative approach.
  • Expertise teasing out goals and results, then matching them to a solution. 
  • Excited to learn Mighty’s product and a broad set of use cases. 
  • Demonstrated clarity in articulating a value proposition and business impact. 
  • Confident in managing a pipeline—both selling to fast-moving and longer-term strategic deals.
  • A strong grasp on the value of clean and accurate pipeline data to achieve results—both your own and in setting up the most successful customer relationships.
