Mirakl launched Mirakl Ads in November 2022, an innovative retail media solution that empowers businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic across both marketplace and first party offerings while delivering more value to advertisers, marketplace sellers and publishers.
Mirakl Ads is a unique collection of tools that sets it apart from other platforms. By leveraging Mirakl's knowledge in eCommerce best practices, product data management, and conversion optimization, we have developed a purpose-built Retail Media solution that maximises sales and enhances profitability through digital advertising expenditure.
To support the rapid adoption of Mirakl Ads, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is seeking an Account Executive with expertise in retail media.
What you will do at Mirakl:
- Develop a go-to-market sales strategy in alignment with quarterly objectives set by management.
- Pursue retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads within your assigned geographic area.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, including technical, legal, and financial aspects.
- Gain thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions and effectively communicate key KPIs to attract and grow partnerships.
- Establish yourself as a reliable advisor in the retail media sector
- Lead in understanding retail media's benefits, unique selling points, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue opportunities and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Establish and nurture relationships within prospect organizations, navigating through key decision-makers and influencers.
- Drive revenue through new customer acquisition using a solution-selling approach.
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate:
- Minimum 6+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years in the software industry (eCommerce and retail media SAAS platform is ideal)
- Experience in accelerating the sales cycle, particularly in alignment with quarterly rhythms, is important
- Demonstrated successful history of closing complex deals
- Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
- Comfortable in business sales situations where demonstrating ROI is crucial
- Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement
- Excellent verbal/written skills necessary.
