Account Executive Mortgage Sale- Deed Street Capital (On-Site)
Job Description
Deed Street Capital is a leader in the secondary market for seller-financed privately-issued mortgage notes. Deed Street deploys a proprietary underwriting model to accurately evaluate and price private mortgage notes. The company employs an originate-to-own model to purchase, warehouse, and service cash flows streams for eventual sale or securitization.
JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a natural relationship builder, skilled in establishing rapport quickly? Do you have strong closing abilities with a genuine desire to help others? Are you accountable and results-oriented? As an Account Executive, you will assist people in need of cash by offering liquidity and optionality to those prospective sellers who have created a seller financed note and mortgage. Your responsibilities will include managing and qualifying pipeline leads while ensuring progression of opportunities through the sales cycle, executing sales initiatives and meeting sales goals.
*Position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in office*
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing strong relationships with private mortgage payment recipients in order to buy future payment streams
- Determine customers' financial needs and private mortgage financing solutions
- Utilizing DSC’s proprietary database to find new business and cultivate existing leads
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
- Previous sales experience
- Ambition and drive to push yourself that extra mile
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience, and perseverance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BS/BA degree Preferred
- 1-2+ years mortgage Industry Experience
