SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior-Level Account Executive to service a client-base in either Georgia Tennesse. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and growing customer relationships. Additionally, they will be able to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, manage customer expectations, and develop account strategies. To see success, the incoming Account Executive should have a deep understanding of the industry and access to customers within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and/or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) space.
What You’ll Do:- Prospect and qualify new opportunities within assigned territory and accounts, cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers and ensure the "Total Customer Experience" throughout the engagement life cycle.
- Understand customers' business, product requirements, and industry challenges.
- Lead proposed solutions, including transitioning the build and implementation to the delivery team, and remain engaged with the client while becoming a “thought leader.”
- Develop account strategies and business cases by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Trace3’s products, services, partners, and markets.
- Promote Trace3’s value proposition to technical and non-technical clients, including executive C-level management, VP, and Director levels, and end-users.
- Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in client organizations.
- Manage client expectations while working closely with the Trace3 Team to ensure delivery.
- Form and maintain client and business partner relationships including Partner/OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specialists and business units.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing/leading a book of business and successful account management within the local area of Georgia or Tennesse.
- Candidates must already be living in the Georgia OR Tennesse area.
- Highly regarded by Partner/OEM Account Teams, as well as Technical Management levels.
- Hunting mentality and able to drive business into new accounts in the local market.
- Related experience qualifying, defining, and selling technology services engagements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
