Role Overview

Our fast-paced and globally facing Account Department is in search of an ambitious & curious Account Executive to help lead global production, localization & delivery of Performance campaigns. A self-starter, the AE is the main resource for the internal MAL team and works closely with other AEs and AAEs to help oversee their day-to-day. As the AE, you are tracking all aspects of your projects — from timing, to budgets, to localization — and always have a pulse on the status.

The Work 

• Be the expert of day-to-day MAL process
• MAL operations (ballparks, job numbers, code names, etc.), finance, and legal line alignment
• Weekly status/reminders/updates, disclosures
• Own and operate team status, inclusive of making updates and running through with the team
• Be the internal go-to on projects. Become the person who can easily find a file, troubleshoot with the team, or provide insightful context on feedback. When a question or problem arises, you do everything you can to track down the answer, and flag to the Account Supervisor / Account Director when you need assistance or support
• Support multiple work streams at a time
• Leading internal statuses and the point person for Assistant Account Executives, Junior Creative teams, and/or Junior Strategists
• Leading and pushing project timelines—work with the AS/AD on project plans and constantly ensuring that the team as a whole is tracking timing-wise
• Send and maintain meeting invites
• Take, track and distribute concise and actionable meeting notes
• Asset + deck QC, tracking and organizing
• Partner with international account and production teams on localization of campaigns across 26 different international markets
• Manage US and INTL legal process (routing through MAL Legal teams, sending for legal line alignment, setting up legal trackers and working with INTL Account + BA teams to finalize lines)
• Work closely with Media/OMD to accurately track campaign hand-off & launch dates, and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Tracking production schedules: key dates, necessary specs, and partner with junior producers to keep a project moving
