About Leadr:
Leadr is a people development software - and while this may sound like your typical business jargon, I promise you that we are not your typical software company. This is because we are a digital workspace, leading the shift from conventional people management, to revolutionary people development. Leadr promotes organizational health by transforming managers into highly effective people leaders and coaches - increasing the overall engagement and performance of their teams. Meanwhile, employees are offered the opportunity to love Mondays as much as they love Fridays, by being given a voice, and the keys to unlock purpose, autonomy, and ownership of their own development.Â
Our product has been inspired by our 5 foundations, which are that every employee -
 1. Has consistent 1:1 meetings
 2. Understands and recognizes their unique strengths
 3. Receives consistent feedback
 4. Has clearly documented goals
 5. Has a personalized development and growth plan
Ultimately, Leadr's innovative digital workspace approach redefines leadership, cultivating a thriving environment where managers evolve into effective leaders, teams flourish, and organizations achieve their full potential.
If this mission matters to you, we'd love to meet you!
