• 2+ years of applicable sales experience in a pure outbound function
• Strong prospecting, communication and closing skills 
• A growth mindset and critical thinking abilities
• Proven track record of success and high performance
• Competitive, collaborative and curious
• Passionate about design
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and sales navigator
