LastPass is looking for Account Executive (SMB):

As an Account Executive your focus will be working on building new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across existing APAC customers and prospects in the ā€˜SMB ’space (50-1000 employee organizations).Ā  You will be set up for success, with the support of the Channel, Product Specialist and Solutions Consulting.

  • Helping LastPass restore revenue growth. We are a creative group looking to further perfect our sales process in order to achieve our FY targets.Ā 
  • Enhancing our Partner motion.Ā 
  • Obsessing over value creation.Ā 
  • Having a Local Focus on your territory, while also a Global Awareness of news and trends in our industry.Ā 

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Proven success in a high velocity, quota carrying role.Ā 
  • Strong pipeline management with the ability to consistently and accurately forecast.Ā 
  • Self-starters with strong time management skills and accountability.Ā 
  • Experience owning and managing a territory with a strategic approach to account mapping.Ā 
  • A strong understanding of partner/channel programs and the ability to build + leverage those relationships.Ā 
  • The ability to utilize Sales Dashboards and Reports to efficiently manage and own your territory.Ā 
  • A competitive drive with a continuous pursuit of self-improvement and success.Ā 
  • Someone who intends to bring value to their customers and help one another meet their goals.Ā 
  • Positive/ solution-oriented mindset looking to solve problems and help advance our mission.Ā 

It's great, but not required:

  • Ability to travel to partner/company eventsĀ Ā 
  • Ability to customize CRM reports to work efficiently with your territory data.Ā 
  • Previous experience with Clari, our internal forecasting tool.Ā
