This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive - Stablecoin Solutions in Brazil.

This is a high-impact commercial role at the intersection of fintech, cross-border payments, and Stablecoin infrastructure. You will own the full sales cycle for innovative stablecoin-based payment solutions that help global businesses reduce FX costs and settlement times. The role combines strategic enterprise selling with hands-on execution, targeting senior finance stakeholders such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where speed, precision, and regulatory awareness are critical. Beyond closing deals, you will help shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product evolution. This is a remote-first role with strong exposure to international markets and complex financial ecosystems.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise clients through outbound and consultative sales strategies
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, and expansion
  • Target senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Heads of Treasury, Finance and Payments teams)
  • Run pilots and coordinate onboarding with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success teams
  • Build pipeline, manage forecasting, and execute territory planning to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy, pricing, and vertical expansion initiatives
  • Act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and improvements
  • Requirements:

    • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with proven success in enterprise deal closure
    • Experience in fintech, payments, FX, cross-border transactions, or crypto infrastructure
    • Strong understanding of stablecoin systems, custody models, and regulated payment environments
    • Experience engaging CFOs, Heads of Treasury, or senior finance stakeholders
    • Ability to build financial models, ROI-based proposals, and negotiate complex contracts
    • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
    • Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB and compliance requirements in financial products
    • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
    • High autonomy, resilience, and performance-driven mindset in startup environments
