What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive in the Tax Advisor Segment, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling Corvee Tax Planning Software and Services to small and mid size tax, accounting and financial firms. The Account Executive is critical to the success of Corvee because you will help launch Corvee into our Tax Advisor segment while strengthening the Corvee brand throughout the Tax industry.

In addition to the above, you’ll also: 

  • Identify and manage key stakeholders and buyer personas within each firm opportunity.
  • Manage direct inbound lead flow of this segment
  • Report monthly progress to the VP and Director of Sales.
  • List key accounts and large firms which you will strategically target.
  • Assist in the development and strengthening of sales processes.
  • Work cross-functionally within Corvee to create sales and support materials specifically for this segment and negotiation tactics.
  • Provide pertinent information to the product development team needed for success in the Tax Advisor segment.
  • Drive initial usage and adoption for the first 90 days of our partners life cycle. 

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 3+ years of SAAS sales experience (industry related experience selling directly to accountants is a bonus!)
  • Technically proficient and experienced with web technologies (able to present pros/cons, use cases/examples, trends, and all that good stuff)
  • Proficient with Salesforce
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic, tenacious, and a top-performer with a track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • A builder who is excited to help shape the foundation for Partner Sales team
  • Consultative Discovery & Sales Skills
  • Highly effective in driving sales to close
  • Closer mentality and sales experience; comfortable with risk
  • Skilled at establishing relationship
  • Skilled at outreach efforts and overcoming objections
  • Focus on forming relationships
