Account Executive/Traffic Manager
The Marketing Account Executive and Traffic Manager is a dual-role position that collaborates closely with project managers, internal teams, and clients to support campaign development and ensure a smooth workflow for all projects. This individual is responsible for efficient trafficking of campaigns through the creative and production processes. The role requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively across internal teams and with clients. 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving and documenting new project requests from clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Foster collaboration between different teams to ensure smooth transitions between intake, execution, and completion. 
  • Ensure all project requests are logged into the project management system with clear documentation. 
  • Monitor and track the progress of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed according to the plan. 
  • Address project-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and task lists to ensure all project components are completed on time. 
  • Coordinate project meetings, including setting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items. 
  • Identify potential risks or delays and assist in finding solutions to keep the project on track, such as systems, processes, or staff needs. 
  • Ensure all project files are organized and accessible to team members and stakeholders. 
  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation. 
  • Support quality throughout all project deliverables.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or project management. 
  • Skills: 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong client service orientation and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Experience in trafficking media or creative campaigns across departments. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control. 
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges
