Account Executive/TP Sales

Kinetik is a growing health-tech startup reshaping the severely fragmented healthcare transportation industry. We equip health insurances, brokers, and providers with our proprietary solutions to better utilize the growing demand of health care transportation.
Position Overview:
As a Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive you will be responsible for driving sales of Kinetik's products within an assigned territory. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers and building consultative relationships at all levels in the SMB segment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and manage relationships with non-emergency medical transportation providers.Â
- Maintain CRM cadence and adherence. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
- Manage multiple, varied accounts, and exhibit resilience to demanding customers.
- Generate new business in new accounts and expand footprint in existing customers.
- Keep abreast of the NEMT industry, competitors, competitive issues and products.
- Engage with net new prospects and drive high volume of sales.
- Conduct discovery and demos.
- Drive penetration in businesses and IT leadership within the accounts.
- Perform other related duties as assignedÂ
Who you are…
- Experienced:Â 1+ years of technology sales experience. Software sales experience is preferred.
- Performer:Â Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
- Domain:Â Experience with NEMT (strongly preferred).
- Great Salesperson:Â Experience managing and closing fast paced sales-cycles in the technology sales industry.
- Excellent Communicator:Â You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
- Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply.
