Account Implementation Advisor

Grow your career as an Account Implementation Advisor within ALG Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you'll work with a dynamic education team to qualify high-value accounts for the best learning path in order to accelerate revenue generation and deflect contact center call volume. You will be accountable for crafting and delivering learning opportunities designed with the intent purpose of evolving account proficiency and profitability. Working alongside the Apple Leisure Group Vacations Business Development team your influence ensures strong, mutually beneficial business relationship with travel agencies who are both new and old friends of ALGV.

A successful Account Implementation Advisor will:

• Conduct in-person and virtual learning opportunities for individual travel advisors and/or agencies on navigating, booking, and researching information in VAX VacationsAccess with ALGV
• Lead an effort to be responsive to travel advisors needs, and execute best path of resolution with excellent communication and follow-up
• Embrace team processes, procedures, and development to document on-time completion of education opportunities.
• Communicate with Sales Team to support and provide resources for agencies under their care.
• Utilize Salesforce to identify, qualify, and initiate the learning path needed for each account given into our teams care.
• Manage the onboarding of highly qualified and committed agencies submitted by the Sales Team to create new streams of revenue
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize education potential
• Technology liaison - working through VAX errors w/ agents to productively report (w/ screen shots, etc) - quicker resolution
• Affiliate site support/training

A successful Account Implementation Advisor will have:

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industry and/or prior ALGV company experience strongly preferred.
• Customer Support experience strongly recommended for this position
• Proficency in the following applications: Rez Agent and/or VAX, Outlook, Microsoft Word,
• PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce
• Outgoing and personable, will be training large groups of agencies through Teams/Zoom + in-person
• Ability to multi-task trainings, department meetings and reservation questions
