The GoodUnited Account Manager is responsible for managing our existing nonprofit partners. They are primarily focused on finding and maintaining business relationships with key nonprofit stakeholders in order to understand and leverage their individual and organizational jobs, pains and gains so that we can win recurring revenue renewals and upsell products and services that advance mission critical outcomes for our clients.
What does an Account Manager do at GoodUnited?:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the current client experience
- Utilize a CRM database to track all client stakeholders
- Track and manage an active renewal pipeline
- Track and manage an upsell pipeline of additional products and services

- How well can you manage a traditional sales process and pipeline?
- 1+ years in Account Management, Prospective or Current Client sales or related field
- Industry Knowledge & Experience
- How much do you know and understand the jobs, pains and gains of nonprofits and their employees?
- 1+ years working for or selling to nonprofit organizations
- Product & Services Knowledge
- How adept are you at understanding the value proposition of technology for nonprofits?
- 1+ years experience in a SaaS technology B2B environment
