Job Description

• Assist Commercial Team on team operations and ad hoc tasks supporting
• Regular phone conversation with external parties is expected
• Conduct regular web searching on restaurant vendor and competitor status
• Review the sales operational procedure by performing periodic quality checks
• Go the “extra mile” to contribute to high impact projects
• Strategically think about operational improvements and efficiencies
• Responsible to update day-to-day tasks and deliver insights to line manager and the team

Qualifications

• Able to work for 2-3 weekdays per week 
• Open to undergraduate student
• Fluency in both English and Chinese, including word processing
• A proficient communicator, strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
• Basic phone conversation etiquette
• Strong organizational skills, work ethic, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
• Your ambitions to work independently with flexibility under specific timeframe makes you an ideal match for our motivated team
• Knowledge in the use of MS Office and Salesforce will be an advantage
