A Little About the Role

The Account Management Operations Coordinator will help the Account Management organization run more effectively and efficiently through process analysis, assisting in day-to-day operations, and perform other ad-hoc projects. This position will help drive the business forward by providing recommendations on ways to optimize our operations.


What You’ll DoĀ 

  • Support Account Management in day-to-day operationsĀ 
  • Partner with Operations leaders to produce Salesforce reports that improve business processes and decision-makingĀ 
  • Provide analysis of operational reporting dataĀ 
  • Monitor inbound Salesforce case queue and assign to Account ManagersĀ 
  • Create and assign project cases for Account ManagersĀ 
  • Collaborate with Operational leaders to improve processes and customer retention/growthĀ 
  • Curate and revise written business processes and train Account Managers as updates are madeĀ 
  • Analyze churn data for completion and create monthly presentations for LeadershipĀ 
  • Work closely with Salesforce Business Systems and Data Platform groups to optimize platform usageĀ 
  • Partner with Operations leaders to produce Salesforce reports that improve business processes and decision-makingĀ 
  • Provide analysis of operational reporting dataĀ 
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Business Systems team to test changes prior to releaseĀ 
  • Analyze customer data for completionĀ 
  • Assist Enterprise Account Managers with monthly customer dataĀ 
  • Analyze Finance recommendations on past-due accountsĀ 
  • Assist with inbound credit card update case

Our Ideal Candidate Will HaveĀ 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredĀ 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ā 
  • 1-2 years' experience with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting requiredĀ 
  • The ability to work independently and analytically thinkĀ 
  • Ability to conduct research and resolve problemsĀ 
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detailĀ 
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyĀ 
  • A Positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethicĀ 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsĀ 
  • Ability to collaborate across company teams

Salary

$55,000-$70,000/year DOE

Location

This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a few days a week.
