Responsibilities

We are looking for a Expansion Sales Manager. This is a remote role, candidates based anywhere in the US are welcome to apply!

Overview:

Our fast-growing SaaS company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our expansion sales team. This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding our customer base and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the expansion sales strategy, with a focus on increasing revenue and expanding our customer base
  • Build and lead a high-performing expansion sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them achieve their targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, leveraging these relationships to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, partnerships, and customer success, to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team, with a focus on expansion sales
  • Experience selling SaaS products and services, with a deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve their targets
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
