This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in both hands-on client work and people management.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of up to 4+ Account Managers through coaching, 1:1s, and performance management.
  • Act as the main escalation point for complex client issues and internal coordination challenges.
  • Oversee customer success activities to ensure a high standard of service delivery across your team and accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes, deliver product training, and align on customer needs.
  • Analyze performance data, KPIs, and account metrics to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–3+ years of experience in account management leadership or team lead roles within SaaS or similar environments.
    • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding performance targets year over year.
    • Strong ability to manage large and complex client portfolios effectively.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Full-time international contractor role with monthly USD payments.
      • Compensation between $37,000 – $46,000 USD annually, plus commission opportunity.
      • Unlimited paid time off (“Time to Recharge”) for flexibility and well-being.
      • Annual visit opportunity to Amsterdam HQ for 2–4 weeks.
      • Remote work flexibility (up to 4 weeks per year from anywhere).
      • Paid family leave and three paid volunteer days annually.
      • Structured onboarding program and access to modern tools and equipment.
      • International, travel-focused, and collaborative team environment.
