We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our high performing sales team, working with clients from mid-market all the way to enterprise.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Upsell, Cross-sell and Renew Enterprise Customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with multinational Fortune 500 companies.
  • Map your accounts and find different regions and departments to add users to.
  • Consultatively present the solution features and benefits to prospects.
  • Command full ownership of the sales process including: pricing proposals, contract negotiation and other deliverables.
  • Lead a sales engagement, diving deep into your customer’s business challenges, advising on impactful solutions while demonstrating ROI and long-term strategic value.
  • Manage pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales/account management experience
  • Strong customer-facing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to sell a diverse suite of products and services across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles.
  • Comfortable negotiating and navigating contracts, security and legal discussions.
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, process-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and inquisitive attitude.
  • Ability to maximize and grow client relationships.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, etc, a plus).
