As an Account Manager at Clyde on the Merchant Success team, you will drive Clyde’s future growth engine by building relationships with our merchants and turning them into delighted and enriched Clyde partners. In this position, you will oversee a portfolio of Enterprise merchants, develop relationships, identify their unique needs and challenges, and drive the adoption of the Clyde solution.

  • Extremely organized and have the ability to prioritize myriad merchant requests and work streams while delivering high quality and timely support
  • Able to operate in a highly ambiguous environment and help create scalable processes and structure
  • Curious about everything and ask why we do things and dig in to find the best solutions and answers
  • Able to speak to technical documentation and guide merchants through Clyde’s docs

Requirements

    • Requirements
      • An experienced account manager with 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles at a B2B technology company and a track record of top performance
      • Exudes customer-centricity – always looking out for customers’ best interests and excited to provide white-glove service
      • A strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to concisely explain business, analytical, and technical subject matter
      • A solution-oriented mindset with a determination to create scalable processes and structure
      • Possesses a combination of analytical rigor, resourcefulness, and intellectual curiosity
      • Ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion and multitask with excellent organization skills
      Responsibilities:
      • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders at merchants within your portfolio to create Clyde advocates providing case studies and references
      • Serve as a proactive, trusted advisor to deeply understand your merchants’ pain points and work cross-functionally with other product, engineering, and other Clyde teams to address them
      • Design and execute routine business reviews to help merchants understand their performance, collect feedback, and achieve maximum value from Clyde’s platform
      • Identify and execute on expansion opportunities including the adoption of new product features and servicing international geographies
      • Provide a seamless onboarding process with Clyde’s implementations team to help merchants go from signed contract to launched partner
      • Identify opportunities to create new and better processes that allow us to scale the account management team
