About the Role:
You will be working closely with your clients and teammates to help provide the needs of your customer. You will help ship clients products out along with providing production updated to your clients. You will be the mouth, eyes, and ears of the client to help support their needs.
What you'll do:
- Maintain relationships with large customers
- Track customer orders throughout the production process, manage inventory accounts, and communicate finished good amounts
- Make suggestions to both client and internally to management for improving business
- Communicate information regarding products, invoices, PO's, and final payments with assigned customers
- Develop strong working relationship with management, peers and clients
- Document data and customer information in a way that is helpful when solving customer or company problems and anticipating/avoiding future problems
- Help create effective long term policies and procedures for your team/department
- Ensure effective communication between teams (Lab, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Account Management and Managerial teams)
- Skilled Problem Solver

- Motivated/Self-started, ability to work with limited supervision
- Friendly, respectful, reliable-able to work well on a team and with Supervisor direction
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
