Account Manager

Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry. We are looking for an Account Manager in the Nashville, TN area.

The Account Manager is responsible for the performance of the branch's utilization and risk mitigation. The Account Manager will be outside of the office 100% of the time, visiting dealer customers, auctions and other industry partners.

The Account Manager develops and maintains positive relationships with existing dealer customers, auctions, other financial institutions and industry connections. They will also visit their customer base frequently to better understand their needs to increase unit counts and utilization. Account Managers are also dedicated to building brand awareness to auction partners and dealers to obtain new customers.

The Account Manager is responsible for identifying potential risks by analyzing data, observing processes and talking to dealers. Part of the position requires performing repossessions and collections efforts, which may include physically repossessing vehicles, completing condition reports and assisting in the sale of the vehicles.

A qualified candidate for Account Manager must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of automotive or financial service industry experience. An Account Manager must be willing to drive for long periods of time and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
