Examines sales, account management, and business retention metrics for products and services in support of profitable growth and other business objectives. Controls strategic business plans for accounts and customer relationships, focusing on revenue growth, member retention, and achievement of financial objectives.Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years healthcare experience.
• Active Life and Health License in state of residence.
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Salesforce.
• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making abilities
• Travel required 10-25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
• Self-funded knowledge

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
